We currently have production-ready custom designs for 7 sectors: Beauty & Laser Salon, Gym, Restaurant, Cafe, Butcher, Boutique Hotel, and Burger. Each sector has its own typography, color palette, module set, and workflow. If you're in a different sector, we can customize on top of the existing infrastructure.

Pricing varies based on your sector, the modules you need, and WhatsApp message quota. We offer a single all-inclusive monthly package price — no separate service bills. For detailed pricing, you can request a quote from our contact page. Initial consultation and needs analysis are free.

In the first meeting, we listen to your needs and determine the right custom design for your sector. After you provide the content (text, visuals, contact info), your site goes live within 1 week with automations set up. The entire process is remote — no physical installation needed. Training and initial go-live support are included.

Our WhatsApp automation runs on self-hosted infrastructure. It automatically sends business-to-customer notifications like appointment reminders, payment notifications, birthday messages, and special day campaigns. The standard plan has a daily message limit of 200; messages are sent within business hours (09:00-21:00). The system warns you on overuse and protective mechanisms activate. It is compliant with WhatsApp's official policies.

All your data is stored in Turkey, on a rented server (Hetzner data center). Each customer operates in their own isolated database schema — your data is physically separated from other customers. Daily encrypted backups are taken, SSL/TLS is always on, and KVKK compliance is in place. Data security and isolation are the foundation of our architecture.

Yes. We can point your existing domain to the ANG platform and transfer the content from your old site to the new design. SEO redirects (301) are set up — you won't lose rankings. Domain transfer and DNS management are handled by us.

Your customers can book appointments, place orders, make table reservations, or create hotel room bookings through your website or via a QR code page. Secure login is done via phone OTP verification. The entire flow is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.

Technical support is included in your monthly subscription — no extra charge. You can get support via WhatsApp and phone during business hours. Server maintenance, security updates, and backups are managed by us. Your platform stays up-to-date — you never need to do anything technical.

The platform is modular — new modules can be added as your needs change. If you want to add accounting, activate WhatsApp automation, or add a QR menu, the module is activated and the additional pricing is reflected in your plan. Your existing data is preserved, and the transition is seamless.

The standard contract term is 12 months. You have an unconditional right to cancel within the first 14 days. For contract details and cancellation terms, you can review our Terms of Service page. Your data is delivered to you within 30 days of contract end and anonymized in accordance with KVKK.

No, we serve all of Turkey. Our platform operates entirely online — all setup, training, and support processes are done remotely. Our Aksaray office is also open for in-person meetings if you prefer. Our customers across different cities in Turkey use the platform smoothly.

Yes, you can have in-person meetings at our Aksaray office. You can also prefer online meetings — we conduct needs analysis and demo presentations via Google Meet or phone. For customers outside Aksaray, all processes (needs analysis, setup, training, support) are done remotely with the same quality of service.

ANG platform operates on a monthly subscription model. The website is not a standalone line item — it's part of the platform package. Your single monthly bill includes website, automation, maintenance, and support. Annual upfront payment receives a discount. Yes, the ANG beauty salon package includes: staff-based online appointment calendar, service duration management, automatic WhatsApp appointment reminders, membership package tracking, and birthday greeting messages — all integrated. Your customer books on your website, the system auto-confirms, and a WhatsApp reminder goes out 2 hours before the appointment. Customized flows are available for skincare, laser hair removal, hairdresser, and spa businesses.

Our restaurant package (QR menu + online table reservation + WhatsApp confirmation) is fully set up within 1 week. After you provide your menu items, prices, and images, we enter them into the system and prepare your QR code. Table management and reservation calendar are configured for your sector. Delivery and online ordering modules can also be added if desired.
